COVERED PAVILION RENTAL
YOUR GUESTS + OUR FARM
Consider Springhouse Farm for your next private event! We love to host weddings, vow renewals, birthdays, family reunions, celebrations of life and work gatherings.
There is seating capacity for 32 people in the Covered Pavilion. This includes four farm style wood tables with bench seating (seats 24 people on benches and 6 people at ends) and one large farm table (seats 8-10).
Extra guests can be accommodated in an overflow area with an Event Tent, set up adjacent to the Pavilion, for an additional charge.
We have a new fire pit area accessible to our guests.
Parking is plentiful and just a short walk from the Pavilion.
Porta-Potties and access to handwashing sinks are available.
Pavilion Rental includes generally one hour of set-up and one hour of clean-up time.
SPECIALTY OPTIONS
Food and Drink can be provided by Springhouse Farm for an additional charge. Our meals are created from seasonally fresh Springhouse Farm produce and other locally sourced ingredients. You can also use a private caterer - we are happy to provide recommendations upon request.
Table Linens and Tabletop Floral Decorations are available for an extra charge. You can purchase a bucket of flowers and decorate yourself - or we can do it for you. Buckets of Flowers are $150 - Floral Bouquet, Centerpiece and Garland prices vary.
Personalized Farm Tours are available for your guests - $125 additional charge.
Our much loved You-Pick Flowers experience is available for your guests - $25 per person.
COVERED PAVILION RENTAL FEES
1-10 Guests: $300 first hour. Each additional hour is $50
11-25 Guests: $600 first hour. Each additional hour is $100
26-50 Guests: $900 first hour. Each additional hour is $150
